The crossbars are one-piece machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum using state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machines. The crossbar body is designed to be installed with the vehicle on flat ground, with oval mounting holes to prevent unnecessary preload on the crossbar and to compensate for the tolerances of the chassis and assembly. This allows for easy removal and installation whenever removal is required for vehicle maintenance, etc.

[Installation precautions]
When the vehicle is lifted up, the body is slightly deformed. If the crossbar body is removed or fixed in this state, unnecessary preload will be generated on the crossbar when the vehicle is placed on the ground due to the restoring force of the body's deflection. Unnecessary preload on the strut tower bar may also have a negative effect on the camber and handling characteristics, so we recommend that you first attach the dedicated bracket to the top of the strut, or when reinstalling, move the vehicle back and forth after placing it on the ground to completely release the stress on the body, and then fix the crossbar body with the vehicle on the ground.
