✪About gasoline costs

Gasoline costs are included in the rental fee, so you do not need to refill the gasoline when returning the car. However, if gasoline needs to be refilled during the rental period, the user will be responsible for the cost.

✪About car insurance during rental

For loaner cars that are rented out in place of a customer's car for repairs or other reasons, the other vehicle coverage clause that is usually attached to the customer's voluntary automobile insurance will apply. Therefore, as a general rule, any personal injury or property damage accidents that occur during the period in which the loaner car is being used will be covered by the other vehicle coverage clause of the customer's voluntary automobile insurance, so a prerequisite for using a loaner car is that the customer has voluntary automobile insurance (with other vehicle coverage clause).
If you are unsure whether or not you have a third-party vehicle coverage, please check with your insurance company.

✪ Damage caused while using a rental car

If the loaner car is damaged during the period of use due to an accident, theft, vandalism, etc., the customer who used the loaner car will be responsible for the full amount of damages and repair costs, regardless of whether or not the customer was at fault. However, if the damage is covered by the customer's vehicle insurance, the insurance will be applied.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the vehicle.
