NEUSPEED forged 6-piston brake caliper
NEUSPEED 6-piston brake calipers are made from forged 6061-T6 aluminum and precisely manufactured by CNC machining, achieving high strength and light weight. The pistons are also made from forged 6061-T6 aluminum using the same process, and the piston surface is hard anodized to achieve high surface strength and oxidation resistance.
Internal Piston Seal System
NEUSPEED 6-piston brake calipers use an internal dual piston seal. A dual piston seal is a structure in which one piston is equipped with two piston seals, and the first piston seal (dust seal) completely protects the second piston seal (hydraulic seal) and the hydraulic system from external contaminants such as brake dust, dirt, sand, and moisture. By equipping the dust seal internally, it exhibits superior durability compared to dust seals exposed to the outside of a typical structure, and it is possible to prevent the dust seal from melting or deteriorating due to high temperatures caused by circuit driving.
Brake pad quick change system
The top bridge of the brake caliper is removable, so you can replace the brake pads without removing the brake caliper.
