The high heat generated by the turbo unit can cause problems such as deformation of the hood scoop and discoloration of the hood paint. NM Engineering's Scoop Saver is a heat-resistant heat barrier that is attached to the underside of the hood, reducing the effects of heat by 30 to 40%. It provides high insulation effect with 100% reduction. The specially designed shape fits neatly on the back of the bonnet, so it can be installed without spoiling the appearance.
